Logan Hale

Future Famer 2024

As a junior in 2023, Hale claimed the Class 4A individual state title while helping her Erie team capture its second straight state championship. Hale was 7-under par through two rounds, and on the second day she carded a 6 under par.

Then, this spring, at the 4A at Country Club of Colorado, Hale repeated as champion, winning by 16 shots as the Tigers three-peated by a margin of 60.

The talented athlete started as a competitive ski racer in Vail, but by the time her family moved to Erie before her sophomore year, she played off a 2.5 handicap.

In June of 2023, Hale was the youngest to compete at the Inspirato Colorado Women’s Open at Green Valley Ranch Golf Club. Competing against both professionals and college players. Hale not only made the cut but finished in 39th place.

She then finished 10th out of 196 players in the 2023 PGA High School Golf National Championship, a shot behind Hadley Ashton, her Erie teammate and our 2022 Future Famer.

Hale earned a spot in the 74th U.S. Girls Junior Championship at the Air Force Academy, where she was the sole Coloradan in the field. She also secured a place on Colorado’s Girls Junior Americas Cup team.

Shortly after graduating high school in June, Hale won the Mizuno Colorado Junior PGA Championship, securing a start in the national Junior PGA Championship at Congressional this summer.

As a freshman at the University of Denver, Hale fired an 8-under, the team’s lowest score, in her collegiate debut, the Golfweek Red Sky Classic, west of Vail.
